The Covid-19 Pandemic crystalized why Wood River Health needed additional space. Realizing a significant rise in patient demand for medical, dental, behavioral health and social services, CEO, Alison Croke, hired Partners in Philanthropy to conduct a feasibility study to test the charitable resolve of the local community to support a building addition.
Armed with data from the campaign feasibility study, our consulting team went to work developing a comprehensive case for support written by our team member, Katie Sklar; suggested community influencers and representatives from the local business community to serve as members of a Campaign Steering Committee, developed a prospect list, and identified a campaign working goal which we quickly surpassed.
The result? Partners in Philanthropy helped raise nearly $3 million for this transformational project. Regular meetings during the advanced gift phase of the campaign with Ms. Croke kept us focused and produced significant charitable results.
